1967 Plymouth Barracuda S 383 4-speed Fastback in lovely Alpine White with a black bucket seat interior and black side stripes. Fully restored, beautiful condition California car with only 65,758 actual miles and full Chrysler Historical Society documentation (yes, this is a factory 383 4-speed car). The 1968 383 Magnum engine has been rebuilt and upgraded with a Comp 268/280, 477/480 Cam, Holley 650 Dual-Feed carburetor, aluminum intake manifold, Mopar electronic ignition, factory upswept exhaust manifolds, and chrome dress up kit. Fires right up and settles into a lopey idle with that great sounding cam and a deep aggressive exhaust note from the dual FlowMaster exhaust. Runs perfectly on pump gas and there are no mechanical issues; no smoke, no leaks, no noises. Makes over 375 horsepower, PULLS HARD through the rev range, and feels like a 440 Commando. The factory 4-speed manual transmission shifts perfectly, a brand new CenterForce clutch/pressure plate/& throwout bearing installed, and the 3.23 positraction SureGrip rearend provides strong acceleration while allowing relaxed cruising. Front disc brakes with a new dual chamber master cylinder and all new brake lines. Beautiful black bucket seat interior with the flip down rear seat. The interior has been professionally reupholstered using top quality and correct Legendary products. Brand new front & rear seat covers (& foams), brand new inner door panels, brand new headliner, brand new full carpet kit. Beautiful dash with no sunfade, no cracks, and no warping. Factory wood steering wheel in excellent condition and the factory AM radio is still in place. Factory 150 mph speedometer, factory 8000 RPM in dash tachometer, and factory Rallye gauges (and all work properly) plus under dash Oil Pressure, Water Temperature, and Vacuum AutoMeter gauges for peace of mind. Under dash modern Phase Linear stereo. Remote driver's side mirror. Excellent body with no dents, no dings, no waves, and I cannot find any body filler or panel replacement anywhere. All gaps are factory perfect and panel fit is excellent. Gorgeous paint in Alpine White done in modern acrylic urethane base/clear and then repeatedly block sanded to a smooth glossy finish. No nicks, no chips, no flaws, and has the correct black Formula S side stripes. Excellent chrome bumpers front & rear. Excellent brightwork and all stainless steel trim has been professionally polished. Brand new weatherstripping, window whiskers, and trunk seal. Excellent glass and all windows operate smoothly. Quik-Fil gas opening. Excellent front grilles and rear tail panel. Excellent Formula S hood with the simulated scoops and factory hood pains. Factory steel wheel with excellent dog-dish poverty caps fitted with brand new P205-70-14 Coker Classic Redline radials. The trunk contains the original spare tire, jack assembly, and rubber trunk mat. Just professionally detailed, polished, hand waxed, and turnkey ready for cruises and Best-Of-Show trophies. Runs & drives perfectly, looks great; a VERY VERY NICE CAR!! ...and yes, it is a factory 383 4-speed Formula S with documentation and only 65,758 actual miles.
