1961 Chevrolet Impala 2-door bubbletop hardtop in gorgeous Roman Red with white spears, red & white interior, and chrome Keystone Klassic wheels. Beautiful mild-custom with only 82,613 miles total and less than 2,000 since restoration. The original 283 engine has been replaced with a mid '70s 350 upgraded with a mild cam, polished Edelbrock intake manifold, Holley dual-feed four barrel, and Delco electronic ignition. Fires right up and settles into a smooth idle with a subdued exhaust note from the dual chrome tips. Pulls hard through the rev range and runs nicely on pump gas.The Turbohydramatic 350 automatic shifts perfectly and the 3.08 rearend provides relaxed cruising. Power steering and power brakes with a dual chamber master cylinder for safe easy driving.

Custom interior professionally done in rolled & pleated red & white naugahyde. The interior door panels have been reupholstered in red, and a new red full carpet set installed along with new white headliner. Excellent dash with no damage and custom Autometer gauges installed for Oil Pressure, Water Temperature, & Fuel Level. Floor-mounted B&M shifter. Tilt steering column with a three-spoke steering wheel and column-mounted Autometer 8000 RPM tachometer. A remote control Pioneer AM/FM/CD Player stereo is concealed in the glovebox. Ice cold Vintage Air air conditioning; looks factory original but works better than any 1960's system. Pushbutton remote door opener opens the driver's door with either the key fob or inside pushbutton and a back-up cable opener is on the firewall in case of battery failure. 

Perfect southern body with no dents, no dings, no waves, and I cannot find any body filler anywhere. The underside is done in chassis black and is also excellent. Beautiful Roman Red paint with white spears done in modern two-stage acrylic urethane and then block sanded & buffed to a smooth finish. Very nice paint and in the best possible color combination. Excellent chrome bumpers front & rear and fitted with the factory front grille guard & dual rear over riders. Excellent brightwork and stainless steel trim. Excellent glass and all windows operate smoothly. Excellent window whiskers, weatherstripping, and trunk molding. Professionally frenched rear antenna and professionally shaved door handles (the doors open electrically). All six tail lights have been replaced with stock appearing but custom LED units (seen only when illuminated). Detailed trunk correctly done in gray splatter paint and with the vinyl mats. Brand new chrome Keystone Klassic wheels fitted with brand new P225-6-15 front & P245-60-15 rear raised-white-letter BFGoodrich T/A Radials. Just professionally detailed, polished, hand waxed, and turnkey ready for cruises and shows. Very nice car!
